🧱 Key Expert 1 – Architect / Team Leader
Role: Coordinate the consultancy team and act as lead architect for the design and supervision of a major health laboratory facility, including BSL2 components.
Minimum Requirements (Mandatory):
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect
- Registered with a relevant architectural professional body (valid license required)
- Lead architect in at least one completed health lab project ≥5,000 m² including BSL2
- Fluent in English (CEFR B2 or equivalent, or proven project use)

Role: Lead structural design and ensure safe and compliant construction of a modern laboratory facility.

- At least 5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering
- Registered with a recognized engineering institution (valid license required)
- Experience in at least one completed major building ≥5,000 m² (e.g. lab, hospital, airport)
- Fluent in English (CEFR B2 or equivalent, or proven project use)

Role: Design and supervise all MEP systems for a new state-of-the-art laboratory, ensuring energy efficiency and safety.

- At least 5 years of MEP experience
- Registered with a recognized MEP institution (valid license required)
