GITEC Consult GmbH is certified according to EN ISO 9001. Based on the
ISO 9001 guidelines the firm has established a Quality Management (QM)
System describing in details the internal workflow and communication
procedures, the interaction with clients and the deliverables (output).
All policies, procedures and practices are revised to continuously
improve the QM System (constant Quality Control).
GITEC has a dedicated staff responsible for the implementation and
update of the firm’s QM System as well as for staff training. All staff
is trained regularly since it is philosophy of GITEC that QM concerns
everybody. Therefore Quality Control and improvement is considered to be
an ongoing communication process involving not only the firm’s
management but all staff. Furthermore, annual internal audits are
carried out and the results are incorporated in the QM System.
As a part of the QM System, GITEC has standardized procedures in place
providing feedback on the performance of the firm during the life span
of an assignment. These procedures provide performance guidelines
covering all aspects of an assignment. Results of the Quality Control
are not only relevant for the respective assignment but will also enter
as positive or negative ‘lessons learnt’ into the revision of the
Quality Management System.
It is a principle of GITEC’s QM to detect problems such as complaints
about staff performance or report quality and to resolve any such issue
to the benefit of the assignment pro-actively. Implementation of
assignments is closely monitored and supported by the respective
department at the firm’s Head Office. These activities include
monitoring of all official project reports, of all respective internal
communication and reports, of all respective financial statements as
well as regular project visits. Any complaint will be dealt with by the
respective project manager/director/team leader, the Director of the
relevant department at GITEC's Head Office and in close co-operation
with project partners in a timely manner and subsequently resolved in
agreement with the complainant. |
