Water Supply, Sewerage and
Wastewater Treatment Projects |
|
Assignment Duration: |
Six months up to one year
(with possible extension), depending on project |
|
Job Description: |
-
Master planning
-
Feasibility studies
including preliminary design
-
Detailed design,
specifications and cost estimates
-
International tendering
procedures (e.g. KfW guidelines, FIDIC conditions of contract and
similar)
-
Pro-active coordination of
input provided by project stakeholders
-
Reporting to donor
agencies, clients and partners
-
Coordination of local and
international team members

Education: |
Technical engineering degree
on BSc level or higher |
|
Professional Experience /
Qualification: |
-
A minimum professional
experience of 10 years after graduation in the field of water
supply, sewerage and waste water treatment plants with emphasis on
planning, studies and design of works
-
A minimum professional
experience of 3 years in developing countries
-
Experience in working with
international partners and authorities
-
Experience with donor
funded projects and the corresponding Conditions of Contracts
